In response to a super-complaint by the Centre for Women's Justice, we will investigate the extent of excessive delays in police investigations into sexual offences, including how this affects survivors and public safety.

Between 29 July and 27 September 2024, we inspected Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. During our inspection, we identified a cause of concern related to how it carries out its prevention activity. We issued a cause of concern and made five recommendations.
