* Behaviour Management: Maintain good relationships within the classroom, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and wellbeing.
* Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practises. * Safeguarding: Promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A relevant teaching qualification and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
