Job Title: Lettings / Property Negotiator (Full-Time)
Location: Newton-Le-Willows
Salary: Competitive salary dependent upon experience
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hrs (9am to 5pm), including one Saturday per month (9am to 1pm)
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and personable Lettings / Property Negotiator to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, from registering applicants and conducting viewings through to liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding individual queries
• Assisting with maintenance issues and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
About You
• Previous property or lettings experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional and well-presented
• Motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
• Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
