To set up a new post discharge asthma/wheeze 48 review service and audit effectiveness To effectively safety net and signpost families whose children have had acute admissions with asthma and wheeze To work alongside the paediatric respiratory team to implement and monitor adherence to the national asthma bundle To ensure robust training and support of the paediatric MDT in the care of patients with asthma and wheeze To monitor and measure performance against national standards of care such as NSF and NICE guidance Please see the attached job description for full details.
