Summary
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | £29,900 | 40 Hours per Week
Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 Early Years qualification looking to join a nursery that genuinely cares about its team and the children it serves? What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – Essential
- Experience working in an EYFS nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding
- A warm, caring approach with a genuine passion for working with young children
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a key person for an assigned group of children, building trusting relationships with both children and families
- Observe, assess, and document children's development through accurate learning journey records
- Support the planning and preparation of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times
- Contribute positively to the wider nursery team and uphold safeguarding and welfare requirements
