To be successful in this role you will need: To be a registered practitioner with the NMC or HCPC. Ideally previous experience in a clinical or theatre setting, specifically with high-volume procedures. A desire to develop and expand your clinical skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Ideally prior exposure to patient discharge processes, ensuring effective care transition. A passion for delivering excellent patient care and contributing to a positive working environment A proactive, flexible approach to teamwork and an eagerness to support service improvement initiatives. The ability to remain calm, focused, and responsive in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment. Experience in infection prevention and control protocols. Knowledge of relevant clinical governance frameworks and CQC standards.
