Crynodeb
The post holder will: Behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation. Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Provide clinical & caseload supervision to High Intensity (CBT therapists) as the main element of their working week to ensure clinical accountability. Provide high intensity interventions for service users that meet the service criteria for Step 3 therapy. Be accountable for own professional actions and matters of clinical judgement. Attend to own clinical supervision (including meta supervision) and line management supervision. Make reasonable adjustments, when working with diverse populations, to enable equal opportunities for all. Manage own time and performance effectively in line with service demands.
