Summary
This role is working on behalf of the Gov Home Office estate and will require the candidate to complete a security clearance check.
Due to contract requirements the successful candidate will be a UK resident with a minimum of a 5 year consecutive residency.
As part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for an experienced Building Service Engineer with an Electrical bias to join us as a Mobile Building Services Engineer.
This is a role that is diverse and interesting, as no two days are the same. You will be upgrading and installing electrical systems and also carrying out maintenance works.
Completing planned ppm's, inspections and fault finding,
The role also requires basic plumbing and fabric tasks to be completed as and when required.
A company van with the option for private use and a pda will be provided for recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc, Good I.T skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have good verbal and written skills to ensure a high level of customer service
Required Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Maintenance / Installation
Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
Must have completed the AM2 Competency Assessment
Desirable - City and Guilds 2391-52 Test and inspection qualification
Desirable - ECS Gold Card Holder
