Crynodeb
Rascals is a vibrant & engaging childcare Provided based in Raglan Primary school. we provide before & after school childcare for 4-11 years. we are seeking a passionate & enthusiastic leader /manager to join our team. the role is for 30 hours per week and term time only. our hours are 7.45-9am and 3-6pm Monday to Friday. we also provide full day care cover on school inset days 8am -6pm.
Starting salary £ 13.73 could be more depending on experience.
for this role you will need level 3 play worker in childcare or equivalent
experience of working in a childcare setting in a management role, leadership skills,
an enhanced DBS check on uptake of appointment, be able to organise yourself and the playworker team. knowledge of current and relevant legislation & guidelines, paediatric first aid or willingness to undergo training,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
overseeing the daily running of the club, shopping, organising & serving the children snack, leading and motivating the staff team, ensuring the safety & well being of all the children in our care, planning & implementing activities, liaising with parents, school staff & external agencies, maintaining accurate records & adhering to all policies and procedures.
