We are currently recruiting for a motivated and professional Business Administration Apprentice to join a busy and growing company within the automotive industry based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in business administration while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced staff members and complete a recognised Business Administration apprenticeship qualification while developing practical workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
-Greeting customers and visitors
-Managing appointments and bookings
-Filing, scanning, and maintaining company records
-Supporting the administration team with daily office tasks
-Updating customer and vehicle information on internal systems
-Processing documents, invoices, and correspondence
-Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
-Assisting with social media or marketing tasks where required
Desired Skills and Qualities
-Strong communication skills
-Good organisational skills and attention to detail
-Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Reliable, punctual, and professional
-Ability to work well within a team
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have:
-GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
-A genuine interest in business administration and the automotive industry
