Summary
Mae Gwasanaeth Addysg Conwy yn chwilio am ymarferydd addysg profiadol i ymuno â'r Tîm Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol i ymgymryd â rôl hanfodol wrth gefnogi a sicrhau'r ansawdd addysg gorau i bob plentyn a pherson ifanc ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol (11-25).
Mae hon yn rôl barhaol amser llawn i wella'r tîm Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol yn ystod cyfnod cyffrous o drawsnewid a datblygu. Mae'r gwasanaeth wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu cefnogaeth a her ddwyieithog er mwyn parhau i wella canlyniadau a phrofiad pob plentyn a pherson ifanc ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol ac edrychwn ymlaen at groesawu cydweithwyr profiadol, arloesol, sy'n canolbwyntio ar atebion i ymuno â'r tîm.

Byddwch yn gweithio'n agos gyda'r Gwasanaeth Gwella Addysg, ysgolion, lleoliadau, rhanddeiliaid a'r Tîm ADY ehangach i gasglu a rhannu gwybodaeth a chynllunio a chyflawni gwelliannau i sicrhau'r cyfleoedd gorau i blant a phobl ifanc yng Nghonwy. Mae'r gallu i gyfathrebu'n rhugl yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon.
Mae'r swydd yn cael ei thalu ar raddfa Gweithiwr Proffesiynol Gwella Addysg Soulbury a chroesewir ceisiadau gan ymarferwyr profiadol sydd â hanes profedig o reoli ymyriadau addysg yn llwyddiannus i wella canlyniadau i ddysgwyr ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol. Gallai hyn fod mewn lleoliad ysgol neu fel gweithiwr proffesiynol o fewn Awdurdod Lleol neu Gonsortiwm Rhanbarthol. Mae manylion pellach am ddyletswyddau a chyfrifoldebau penodol i'r swydd wedi'u hamlinellu yn y ddogfennaeth ychwanegol.

Work base: Coed Pella
Conwy’s Education Service is seeking an experienced education practitioner to join the Additional Learning Needs Team to undertake an essential role in supporting and ensuring the best quality of education for all children and young people with additional learning needs (11-25).
This is a full-time permanent role to enhance the Additional Learning Needs team during an exciting period of transformation and development. The service is committed to providing bilingual support and challenge in order to continue to improve the outcomes and experience of all children and young people with additional learning needs and we look forward to welcoming experienced, innovative, solution focussed colleagues to join the team.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the skills and expertise to lead on and support relevant statutory and non-statutory aspects of ALN within the secondary and post 16 sector, including schools, further education settings, elective home education, out of county placements and independent schools.
You will work closely with the Education Improvement Service, allocated schools, settings, stakeholders and the wider ALN Team to gather and share information and plan and deliver improvements to ensure the best opportunities for children and young people in Conwy. The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh is desirable for this post.
The post is paid on the Soulbury Education Improvement Professional scale and applications are welcomed from experienced practitioners with a proven track record of successfully managing education interventions to improve outcomes for learners with additional learning needs. This could be in a school setting or as a professional within a Local Authority or Regional Consortia.
