We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team and play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care. As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care, ensuring that every patient receives safe, effective and compassionate treatment.
In this role, you will:
• Act as a named nurse for a designated group of patients, ensuring continuity of care.
• Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing interventions in line with Trust and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to support holistic, patient‑centred care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.

Proven post registration experience is required for this role.
As a Staff Nurse, you will use your clinical knowledge and judgement to assess patients’ needs and deliver evidence‑based nursing care from admission through to discharge. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and coordinated care, while also providing reassurance and support to patients and their families.
In this role, you will:
• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care throughout the patient journey
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the wider multidisciplinary team to support safe decision‑making
• Monitor, review and adapt care plans in response to changing clinical needs
• Support, supervise and guide junior staff, students and unregistered colleagues in their development
You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of care, monitoring patient progress, and adapting care plans to meet changing clinical needs. The role also includes supporting and supervising junior staff, students and unregistered colleagues, helping to develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.
