The Regional Office Administrator Apprentice will act as a key first point of contact for Regional Organ Donation Teams, managing calls and emails with professionalism, including sensitive enquiries from bereaved families and the public. This rewarding role involves supporting a busy, time-critical service through a range of administrative duties, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and helping coordinate meetings and processes. As part of a supportive team, you will gain valuable administration and customer service skills through a structured apprenticeship programme, with ongoing training and development to help you grow your career, while contributing to work that makes a meaningful impact on saving and improving lives.
