Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our childcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care.

Your Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Supervise and support children during play, learning, mealtimes, and rest periods.
Foster a warm and inclusive environment that encourages children’s independence and confidence.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the setting.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and well-being.
Manage behavioural issues with patience and professionalism, promoting positive behaviour strategies.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
Knowledge of the EYFS, child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
Experience in managing or organising childcare activities.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Applicants should possess excellent organisational skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Holds a full and relevant level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification
