Due to continued business growth, team and is looking for enthusiastic, hands-on Production Operatives to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced workshop environment, where you’ll gain valuable experience across a range of equipment and processes, helping you become multi-skilled across different production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general assembly tasks (joinery/woodworking experience advantageous)
• Accurately assemble products by interpreting drawings and work orders
• Safely operate machinery and hand tools
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery

We’re keen to hear from individuals who take pride in their work and strive for a “right first time” approach.
✔ Strong attention to detail and high levels of concentration
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Self-motivated with a structured and organised approach
✔ Flexible, reliable, and positive “can-do” attitude
✔ Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and reducing waste
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Good numeracy skills
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
