Summary
We are looking to recruit a Relief Early Years Practitioner to provide high quality childcare at our Dewsbury nursery.
Hours: Flexible/Casual (As and when required to cover sickness and annual leave)
The Role:
As a Relief Practitioner, you will step in to support our core team when needed. Your daily duties will include:
Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Assisting with setting up, and participating in fun, play-based learning activities.
Ensuring the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all children at all times.
Supporting routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.
Required-
A caring and calming nature with lots of patience and a positive attitude.
Be fun and relaxed with the children.
About You:
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is highly desired, though unqualified applicants with a passion for childcare may be considered.
Experience: Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting is preferred.
Flexibility: A adaptable and reliable approach is essential to cover shifts at short notice.
