Overview
We are seeking a skilled and analytical IT Consultant to support business and technology projects through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration within project environments..

Duties

Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
Deliver actionable insights to support business strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Support project delivery through data analysis, reporting, and technical recommendations.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
Conduct analysis activities such as A/B testing, performance measurement, ROI analysis, and trend evaluation.
Collaborate with business, digital, CRM, marketing, and technical teams to support organisational objectives.
Translate complex technical and business data into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
Assist with stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business analysis activities.
Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, and compliance with organisational standards.
Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in project or consultancy environments.
Understanding of business processes, reporting, and performance analysis.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, or digital transformation projects is desirable.
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
