Summary
Contract and Working Model Contract aligned to BMA model contract principles Up to 9 sessions per week (flexible depending on preference and service need) Based at one, or a maximum of two practices only EMIS clinical system across all sites Fixed-term ARRS role (subject to national funding), with ongoing review Salary and Benefits £10,500 per session per annum Paid CPD time and support for professional development Structured supervision and education sessions included within the role NHS pension and standard terms in line with salaried GP employment
