Summary

Join Our Team as a Pool Lifeguard!

We're looking for Pool Lifeguards who take pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for every visitor.

Whether it’s lane swimming, family sessions, pool parties, or lessons, you’ll help ensure that everyone has a positive experience at their local leisure centre.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing a career in the leisure industry.

You’ll play an important role in supporting people of all ages to lead healthier, more active lives, while gaining valuable skills and experience.

Salary: £25,087.76 (per annum pro rata)

Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Location : Poynton Leisure Centre

Hours: Full & Part Time Hours Available

Typical Shifts May Include; Early Mornings, Daytime, Evening & Weekends.

Competency Assessment Date: *

*Typically a COMP Assessment would be arranged to be conducted a the first stage of the Interview process but due to upcoming changes to First Aid regulations applicants may be requested to also attend a training session along with a competency assessment.

This may be conducted after a Formal Interview or throughout onboarding (if Successful) - Please note any Job Offers made will be conditional on the passing of a Competency Test.
