WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. In this client-facing role, your primary responsibility will be to organise and manage AHKES solid fuel laboratory related appointments while ensuring a professional level of service is consistently maintained and exceeded. You will also be responsible for meeting client expectations through the accurate and timely reporting of results and operations and liaising closely with relevant stakeholders. Beyond the day-to-day coordination, you will actively identify methods to standardise. streamline and improve our service levels.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies
Strong communication skills and adaptable to the situation/ culture
Ability to create and maintain relationships
Pro-active mindset and ability to ‘think ahead”
Strive for perfection and keen eye for detail
Must work well under pressure
Team player who will support colleagues, management and the business needs.
IT knowledge and data entry experience would be advantageous

Required Work Experience
Experience in day to day fast paced operational environment
Experience in a commercial technical environment and knowledge of procedures/processes is preferred

Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience

Travel
Travel as required both domestically and internationally
