Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an experienced Nursery Area Manager.
Location: Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support several nursery branches within the assigned area
• Ensure high operational and childcare standards across all sites
• Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management
• Monitor compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth
Requirements:
• Experience managing multiple nursery settings
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Excellent understanding of nursery compliance and operations
• Relevant childcare qualification preferred
