37.5 HOURS PER WEEK PLUS SLEEP IN SHIFTS.

A FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR HIS ROLE.

We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting two gentlemen to live fulfilling and independent lives within their own home and local community.
This rewarding role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs, including Down syndrome, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, lymphoedema, mental health needs, and communication difficulties, including mutism. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, choice and dignity while supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful activities.
What the role involves: Providing high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
Supporting with daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation and household duties as required.
Encouraging community participation, social activities and maintaining relationships.
Promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
SHIFT PATTERNS:
WE OFFER A VARIETY OF SHIFTS TO PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY AND ENSURE EXCELLENT SUPPORT:
LONG DAYS, SHORT DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKEND SHIFTS.
PERIODS OF BOTH LONE WORKING AND SHARED SUPPORT.
DAY SHIFTS: 08:00 21:30
SLEEP-IN SHIFTS: 21:30 08:00
