Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an experienced Nursery Regional Manager.
Location: Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple nursery settings within the region
• Support Nursery Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
• Drive performance, occupancy, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular site visits and audits
Requirements:
• Previous multi-site nursery management experience
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
• Ability to travel across the region
