Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Mottram St. Andrew Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an effective and enthusiastic teacher. This will initially be for a class in either Key Stage 1 or lower Key Stage 2. This is a permanent appointment from September 1st 2026. To provide balance to our staff team, we are seeking to appoint an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
The successful candidate will be an excellent class teacher, able to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment, while providing for the individual needs of all the children within the class. They will be committed to being fully involved in the life of our school and supportive of whole school development.

The closing date for applications is Friday 12th June, 9.00am. We will shortlist on Wednesday 17th June, and will inform candidates, by email, if they have been shortlisted. Interviews and a teaching task will take place on Wednesday 24th June.
