What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Be an innovative forward thinking class teacher
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
• Use a range of pedagogy to engage and inspire children in activities that are stimulating, exciting challenging and personalised to ensure they achieve personally and academically.
• Be committed to team building and working in partnership with parents, staff and outside agencies promoting our school ethos, values and vision.
• Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Show a drive for one’s own professional development and lifelong learning.
• Model the dispositions, skills and attitudes we wish to develop in our children.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly
• Able to work reflectively and have a growth mind-set; have high expectations of all children and themselves; committed to their own professional development and personal research
