Summary
Our client is expanding their domiciliary care services and is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage the service during this growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation
Lead, support, and supervise care staff
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance
Maintain high standards of person-centred care
Liaise with service users, families, and external professionals
Requirements
Proven and substantial experience within domiciliary care (essential)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care compliance
Understanding of small growing businesses, with a desire to build and help the company succeed long-term
Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
