Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our team in Bolton.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Apprentice, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while working towards a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification.
You will support the team in sourcing candidates and managing client relationships within the fast-paced construction and trades sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and internal databases
Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
Assisting with job adverts and vacancy management
Supporting business development activities
Managing candidate compliance and onboarding
