Salary: Scale 6 (£24,225.31- £25,886.10 pro rata, £16.35- £17.47 per hour)
Hours of work: 32.5 hours
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday excluding half hour lunch
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Role
Highfields College is seeking to appoint a Specialist Mentor Attendance and Outreach Officer.
The successful applicants will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and high quality outreach and support service to the school in the drive to improve overall school attendance. There would also be some element of administrative work to complete.

A key feature, for successful candidates, is that you can have empathy with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and are able to work positively in a challenging and sometimes demanding environment.
