In the Fluent Welsh Customer Service Advisor job, you will be:

• First point of contact for customer telephone, email and letter enquiries and follow ups, providing support and guidance on personal scenarios including payments

• Contacting customers to update information held on the system and undertaking checks to see if assistance is needed in any way

• Providing administration duties including compliance of documents, updating personal records, inputting work logs

To be considered for the Fluent Welsh Customer Service Advisor job must have:

• Ability to speak Welsh to level 3 and comfortable with everyday conversations and discussions
• Extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment with interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong administration and customer service experience

• Good IT and keyboard skills with experience of using Windows based applications

This is a fixed term position until April 2027, working full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is office based near Llandudno and on an annual salary of £28,210 plus benefits.
