We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Birmingham.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils to achieve their full potential. Roles may include classroom support, one-to-one intervention, and supporting pupils with additional needs.

Experienced Teaching Assistants
Graduates considering teacher training
Individuals with SEN experience
Youth workers, support workers, or care staff
People passionate about supporting children and young people
Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning within the classroom
Work with individuals or small groups of pupils
Assist pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Support teachers with classroom preparation and activities
Promote pupil wellbeing, engagement, and progress
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and reliable approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Right to work in the UK
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people
