Crynodeb
Provide senior operational leadership across community CAMHS teams and specialist pathways. Ensure services meet access standards, manage demand, reduce waiting times and maintain safe patient flow. Work in partnership with Clinical Leads to maintain robust clinical, quality and safeguarding governance. Lead performance management, quality improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance .Manage workforce planning, staff development, appraisal, wellbeing and engagement. Maintain financial control, ensuring services operate within allocated budgets and deliver value for money. Lead and support service improvement and transformation projects aligned to Trust and system priorities. Build effective partnerships with commissioners, education, social care, primary care and VCSE organisations. Contribute to strategic planning and represent CAMHS in internal and external forums. Deputise for the Head of Operations and participate in the senior manager oncall rota.
