Baywater Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Helpline Advisor (Weekend Part-Time) based in Cheshire. We’re looking for a friendly, communicative individual who enjoys helping others to join our supportive team.

Working Pattern
Saturday & Sunday only – we will consider candidates who can only work Saturday or Sunday
11-hour shifts (8:00am – 8:00pm) (1-hour unpaid breaks each day)
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, supporting patients and healthcare professionals to access the equipment and services they need to stay independent.
Every interaction you have will make a real difference. Working from our modern Cheshire office, you’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive team where no two days are the same.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide empathetic, professional support to patients, families, and clinical teams
Manage your workload effectively, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met
Support compliance with health and safety procedures
Problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support to patients, families, and clinicians

About You

Strong communication and listening skills
Friendly, calm, and empathetic approach
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM)
Able to problem solve and stay organised
Customer service or Healthcare experience (any sector welcome)
