Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks related to weighbridge operations, including data entry and record maintenance.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all weighbridge transactions in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with building services and maintenance teams to monitor the flow of materials and equipment weights.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to weighbridge usage and maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to weighbridge data.
Maintain accurate filing and archiving of all weighbridge records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities associated with the weighbridge and related equipment.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in operations involving weighbridge or similar equipment.
Strong numerical and data management skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office and database management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work methodically and maintain accuracy under pressure and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of building services and maintenance operations will be advantageous.
Commitment to adhering to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
