Duties of A Car Sales Executive:

- Selling new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets
- Advising customers on finance options, warranties, accessories, and complementary products
- Demonstrating vehicle features and explaining warranty and service arrangements
- Maintaining communication with customers regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Collecting payments and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Building and maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships
- Introducing customers to the Service Department and promoting ongoing aftersales care

Requirements of A Car Sales Executive:

- Proven recent or current experience in main dealership new and used car sales
- Strong desire to achieve results and a commitment to excellence
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively seeking sales opportunities
- Brand-focused approach aligned with manufacturer standards
- A full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Flexibility to work hours from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with scheduled days off during the week and alternate weekends off; Saturday hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sunday hours are 11:00am-4:30pm
- Honest, professional attitude and a genuine passion for the motor trade industry
