About the role
We are seeking a Leisure Policy and Implemetation Officer to join our established and supportive Economic Development and Planning Service, at Stafford Borough Council.
There are exciting opportunities to play a key role in the ongoing development of our service. You’ll be at the heart of a varied and rewarding workload, helping to deliver high quality services to our communities.
Whether your expertise is in leisure or planning, you’ll be contributing to an ambitious agenda.
About you
You will be:
• Qualified to degree level or above or able to demonstrate equivalent vocational experience
• Experienced in either leisure or planning, working across a broad range of open space and leisure matters
• Confident operating in a public sector or similarly complex environment
• Collaborative, professional and committed to delivering high quality leisure and planning services/advice
• Confident in analysing problems, interpreting complex information and identifying practical solutions.
