Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service in a fast-paced workplace environment?

As a Hospitality & Retail Food Service Host with ISS UK, you will act as an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. This is a key front-of-house role where you will help create an exceptional workplace experience for everyone who visits the site.

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-focused individuals who take pride in delivering high standards, building positive customer relationships, and contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

The Role

Ensure the food and drink offering is the first choice for customers seeking refreshments throughout the day

Receive, prepare, process, and deliver food and drink orders to a high standard

Maintain clean, safe, and organised front-of-house and back-of-house service areas

Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently respond to guest enquiries about the food and drink offer

Develop a strong understanding of the menu and services to provide informed recommendations to customers

Maintain a visible and professional front-of-house presence during service, resolving issues promptly and effectively

Monitor the quality and presentation of all food and drink served, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, customer experience, and workplace culture, sharing ideas with the wider team

Support the management team in maintaining audit readiness and compliance across finance, health & safety, food safety, and internal inspections

Bring positive energy and professionalism to every service period

About You

Previous experience delivering hospitality and/or restaurant service

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach

Effective communication skills at all levels

A team player who can also work independently when required

Motivated, committed, and flexible in approach to work
