Senior Occupational Therapist role will bring: Experience of working with palliative care, oncology, neurology, community or care of the elderly patients Sound knowledge and application of Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions To carry out independent and joint assessments of allocated patients and their families To provide high standards of holistic and individualised patient care, embracing the hospice's vision and values
