Production OperativeLocation: NantwichPay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)Pay Frequency: Weekly (paid every Wednesday)Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:45Friday: 07:45 - 15:00About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Nantwich. The company specialises in the production of high-quality garden furniture, fencing, and outdoor timber products.This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where the main duties will involve assembling wooden products using nail guns and hand tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembling garden furniture, fencing panels, and other timber productsOperating nail guns and basic hand tools safely and efficientlyFollowing production specifications and quality standardsMaintaining a clean and safe working areaWorking as part of a team to meet daily production targetsCarrying out general production and assembly duties as requiredTraining & DevelopmentNo previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
