PAY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Penarth, CF63
Hours: Full time and part time — night shifts available (20:00-08:00)
Contract: Ongoing temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to residents in a care home setting
- Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
- Contribute to a positive and safe living environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Mandatory training certificates (or willing to complete — we provide free training)
- Ability to work night shifts (20:00-08:00)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
