What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading SEND identification, assessment, and personalised planning school-wide
• Coordinating EHCPs, interventions, and statutory processes to ensure compliance
• Elevating staff training and building SEND expertise across the team
• Advocating for students with SEND at all leadership and parent forums
• Analysing SEND data and championing continuous improvement
• Partnering with external agencies to enrich pupil provision
