Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
Develop strategic business proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and partnership targets.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase online sales and market share.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, affiliates, and strategic partners.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
Manage and expand online sales channels including marketplaces, social commerce, and direct website sales.
Plan promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and business metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for international expansion and new target markets.
Support product development and category expansion based on market demand.
Manage budgets related to business development activities and ensure cost efficiency.
Lead and motivate business development staff, ensuring achievement of sales and growth targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, e-commerce regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
Skills: Proven track record of closing deals and managing sales pipelines.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.and retention strategies.
