Summary
Pulse Cars Limited is seeking a Dealership Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operational running of the dealership.
The role includes overseeing vehicle procurement, stock management, vehicle preparation, and site presentation standards. The employee will coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned, photographed, and ready for sale to the required standard.
The role also includes managing supplier relationships, vehicle logistics, and vehicle documentation including V5Cs, MOT records, service histories, purchase invoices, and handover documents.
The employee will monitor operational costs, report regularly to the Director, support stock control, and ensure the dealership operates in line with health and safety requirements on site.
This is a full-time on-site management role based at the company’s dealership premises.
