RecruitED People are currently recruiting organised, professional and proactive School Administrators to support primary, secondary and SEN schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills who can support the smooth day-to-day running of busy school environments.

School Administrators play a vital role within education settings, acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, visitors and external agencies while ensuring school systems, attendance records and safeguarding procedures are maintained efficiently and accurately.

Which, in reality, means managing phones ringing nonstop, attendance chaos at 8:37am, safeguarding alerts, angry parents, late staff, missing registers and three people asking for photocopying at the exact same moment while someone’s printer has entered its weekly spiritual breakdown.
