Crynodeb
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll support our hotels in delivering consistently high service standards while helping teams achieve commercial and operational targets. Working closely with operational leaders and hotel teams, you’ll play a key role in coaching, supporting and developing Food & Beverage operations across the business.
This is a remote role requiring regular travel across our UK hotel portfolio.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where required is essential.
About the Role
You’ll support the smooth and efficient operation of Food & Beverage across the portfolio, working collaboratively with hotel teams to drive service excellence, compliance, guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
Through regular travel to hotels, you’ll provide coaching, operational support, audits and guidance to help teams maintain consistently high standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences across all Food & Beverage operations.
- Working collaboratively with managers and teams to ensure service standards are delivered consistently.
- Carrying out operational audits during hotel visits to ensure quality, compliance, and service standards are maintained.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and supporting corrective action plans where required.
- Supporting labour, stock, and operational cost control initiatives while promoting commercial awareness across teams.
- Supporting training initiatives, coaching team members, and helping managers drive performance and development conversations.
- Promoting compliance with legislative, health & safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all F&B areas.
About You
You’re an enthusiastic and resilient Food & Beverage professional with a passion for hospitality, people development, and delivering consistently high standards. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are confident supporting multiple teams across a diverse hotel portfolio.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Demonstrable success within a Food & Beverage role, including experience supervising or supporting team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and influence teams to deliver excellent standards.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost control within Food & Beverage operations.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and hotel teams.
- Passion for Food & Beverage and awareness of current industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
