Summary
Job Purpose To lead and manage medicines processes within the practice, ensuring safe, efficient prescribing systems and reducing GP workload through structured medicines management. Key Responsibilities Manage repeat prescribing processes end-to-end Perform medicines reconciliation from hospital/clinic letters Resolve medication queries from patients and pharmacies Support prescribing safety and audits Maintain accurate clinical records Work closely with our in-house pharmacist and team of PCN pharmacists Liaise with MDT and external providers
