• Manage day-to-day bar operations including staff supervision, inventory control and customer service.
• Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during normal operating hours, peak times and special events.
• Handle room hire enquiries
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, increase the club’s profile and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a bar or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work evening and weekends
