Contract and Salary DetailsGrade: 8, Scp 25 - 28, £27,377 - £29,477 per annum (actual salary)Hours: 32 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 training days (195 days).Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will:Meet the Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards.
Have attended training in relevant educational strategies.
Set challenging and demanding expectations to promote self-esteem, resilience and independence.
Have experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment and supporting children with SEND needs.
Assist in the monitoring of children’s responses to learning activities, making use of the school’s tracking data, completing accurate records and reports.
Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on pupils’ attainment, progress, behaviour and attitudes to learning.
