Summary
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 or small group GCSE tuition
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons based on individual learning needs
- Support students both academically and emotionally
- Work flexibly across Reading and nearby areas
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and professionals involved in their support
- Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE subjects
- Strong understanding of the UK GCSE curriculum
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with vulnerable children or young people is desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
