Start date: 1st September 2026The Chase is offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our school’s inclusion provision, helping to ensure that all pupils can access a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where barriers to learning are identified and addressed effectively.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of our SEND team to support the coordination and delivery of inclusive practices across the school. This includes maintaining accurate records and data systems, co-ordinating communication, supporting early intervention processes and assisting with targeted provision to ensure pupils receive the right support at the right time. .
The Chase is a very popular and successful school playing an important part at the heart of its community.
