Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day care operations
Manage, support, and mentor care staff
Develop and review personalised care plans
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
Manage schedules, records, and resources effectively
Requirements:
Experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Be familiar with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
Understand medication administration, mental capacity, and DoLS
